HAGL (also called HARV or Hoang Anh River View) is among the oldest buildings in Thao Dien (2010). It’s location is a major draw as it’s in the center of Thao Dien close to the main exit to District 1. It is popular with people working at the ISCHCMC campus or families with kids.
