The house is safe, with strong doors and windows but the owner is ready to install an alarm system for peace of mind. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants at around. The house is currently not furnished (there are 2 beds inside though for those waiting for their own furniture) neither equipped with electrical appliances but can be installed.
Also, last but not least, the owners, French and Vietnamese, are easy going. They speak English and French.
