Rent a house or a villa in Thao Dien

One of the main concern for expats searching for a house to rent in Thao Dien is security. In the last recent years, some families have started to complain more and more on the forums about the safety situation in District 2. This location being targeted by thieves because of it has become one of the main expat area in Ho Chi Minh City.

Being in a compound will certainly give you more protection but is not a guaranty. Some compound being safer than others. And some houses themselves will most likely be very different from others as well (security alarm systems, strong doors and windows, etc….).
