encouraged to hire local Vietnamese

to explain why the people they hire
have skills that don’t exist here in Vietnam.
Secondly, the company has to train its
Vietnamese staff so that they can replace the foreign
employees.
But
in practice, you can find some real possibilities.
If
you can, try to get an expatriate contract from your
country.
For

is basically what a local executive with already
several years of experience gets.
