I recently found out that i have this problem with gluten. I.who lived in france for many years enjoying fresh bread everyday is now very sad to know that i can never have my morning baguette. I found this page: http://www.activeglutenfree.com/blog/?p=36 I am living in Ho Chi Minh City but often go to Hanoi. I think it is difficult but you could ask to some shops to import these kind of products for you. I realise this could be interesting for them. You can find some grocery stores in Hanoi and HCMC, some owned by foreigners. I am sure it is worth asking... Best luck!
