American Chef/Owner Scott Marquis is serving up his "comfort food with a twist" at Scott and Binh's. Located in the heart of Phu My Hung at the Bizu hotel, Scott and Binh's strives to bring you a taste of home after you have tried all the amazing cuisine Vietnam has to offer. Come by and sit on our terrace, or inside our air-conditioned non-smoking dining room, and taste some of our home made culinary creations such as Baked French Onion Soup, Caesar Salad, "The Best Quesadillas", Scott's Penne Carbonara, Chili Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Herb Chevre Crusted Spanish Mackerel, and finish it off with a Snicker Tart.
