I'm a 27 year old Australian guy, who has been living in Vietnam on and off for 2 years. I am looking to rent a place from 30th January 2008 to 25 Febuary 2008.

Looking to rent a room that has Internet, close to a Gym/Fitness Centre and is very relaxed. I have a business in Vietnam, and I find hotels have too many rules, so I'm looking for a nice friendly relaxed place.
