So part time worker is better solution. However it is also ok to open company. If you already have company in your country, you can open an agent in vietnam which belongs to your company. It means you cant do any business directly from this agent, everything must go through the mother company. In case there is no existed company, you need to have a vietnamese partner to be director for your company in vietnam. And this company type is limited liability company.
