• all current and past Microsoft system
• Windows NT4, 2000 server, Active Directory, Exchange, configuration and troubleshooting
• MS Office - al versions
• Lotus Notes (4,5, 6)
• Install and configuration hardware /software (printers, scanners, PnP’s)
• Network installing, configuration, maintenance, including Router configuration
• Remote configuration / installation, Rollouts
• Assembling PC’s and Server systems include configuration (e.g. Domain, Mail, Web, Proxy, PBX)
• Various other software titles
• Accredited Compaq Technician: Work station, Desktop and Portable
• Advanced spreadsheet programming with OCR (DIT303)
• A+ , N+
