Tomorrow, don't forget to do your Gym! PDF Print E-mail
While living here, we may choose to adopt the local rhythm of life. It is quite healthy. First of all, you must know that most Vietnamese go to sleep end wake up early, sometimes before the sun itself, that is around 5.00 am. They enjoy the freshness of the morning and the tranquility of the city to do their daily gym or their Chi Gong session. They work out in the street or in the few parks you can find in HCMC or near the Hoan Kiem lake. The moment is sometimes odd when this population meet the night clubbers or night goers early in the morning.

For those who are not good at waking up early, You may catch ?another train? in the evening after the rush hour when the city fades into quietness and is less polluted.

Of course, living that way, we eat early in the morning and in the evening, mostly around  6.00 am for breakfast and 6.00 pm for dinner, but we can eat at different times of the day whenever we feel a little bit hungry.

Taking a nap is a privileged moment after lunch, especially because heat reaches its warmest temperature at that moment of the day. Expats, less accustomed to the tropical weather tend to follow this nice tradition.
